On-the-day wedding coordination is crucial for ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll need someone with insider knowledge you can trust completely.

Here’s a key point: while venue coordinators manage the venue’s operations and many venues offer wedding coordination services, you might not always work with the same person throughout your planning journey. Different coordinators may be assigned for different dates, so they might not be as familiar with your specific plans.
Your personal wedding coordinator will work closely with you before your big day, guiding you on logistics, ensuring your schedule is flawless, handling all communications with suppliers, coordinating deliveries and collections, and liaising with your venue manager to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly.

This package is available as a standalone option for London and the surrounding areas, or as an add-on to our Partial Planning packages across the UK.

What to expect on your wedding day
Our trusted team will be the first on-site, ready to manage supplier deliveries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. We’ll be your sole point of contact for all suppliers on the day—from caterers and photographers to celebrants, florists, cake makers, entertainment, and transport. We’ll ensure your table plan is set up perfectly, keep your wedding schedule on track, and handle any unexpected hiccups—from fixing broken heels and dress straps to making sure you stay hydrated, eat enough, and even get Grandpa into the taxi. All you need to do is enjoy yourself and party with your loved ones like the VIP you are!
What if the wedding isn't in London?
If you decide to add this service on top of one of our planning or design packages, no problem at all. If, on the other hand, you only want coordination, but your wedding venue is far from London, sadly this package isn’t for you. Fear not, there are plenty of coordinators across the country to help you run your event. We can recommend others if you’re stuck. We would only ever consider coordination bookings that are no further than an hour from London.
The way we work

To ensure we can deliver a successful wedding coordination experience, we require at least two months' notice. This time frame allows us to manage all supplier communications and source the necessary team members.
For larger or more complex weddings—such as those involving multiple venues—more time and additional team members will be required.
Effective logistics are crucial, especially for weddings with separate ceremony and reception locations. An experienced team is essential to navigate these complexities.

By planning ahead, you’ll ensure that all timing elements are meticulously managed, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the celebration without interruptions.
