Who is Zuza Mcken?

👋 It’s me, Zuza. In a nutshell, I’m the founder of originally The Hullabaloo Collective, which has now morphed into Whole Lotta Love Weddings (find out why here), wedding design and styling enthusiast with an add-on of on the day coordination for good measure (and lover of epic parties!).

I’m also a mother of 3 and a 1/2 (dog) and wife to a bloke that always looked 10 years younger than me (it pays off in the long run!).

Back in early 2020, I’ve decided that I'm just about finished with the hippy uplifting quotes, not to mention that thing that stopped all life as we know it and did a 360 - I’m not your ‘twiddle your thumbs while waiting’ kinda gal, so I enrolled on a cracking course with the industry guru that is @bernadettechapman. She runs the @theukawp (UK Association of Wedding Planners). And let me tell you, that woman knows everything!

Wedding design, styling and planning are taking centre stage now, although I’m keeping some time aside for a select number of epic parties. It’s a no-brainer that we’ll need to let loose big time after this madness ends, right? Love the online get-togethers but let's be honest, Zoom parties can only do so much!

I’m all about colourful retro, boho, indie, unconventional, alternative weddings and celebrations. I dig everything non-traditional. My ideal clients are the modern, clued-up peoples who are totally capable of organising everything themselves but recognise the importance of having a knowledgeable planner who can help drive the whole thing over the finish line without any fuss caused to them along the way.
