Themed weddings can be cool when executed right

Many of you lovely brides-to-be will go “No way in hell” to a themed wedding, but hear me out. I know the lads will be with me on this (and some gals if you're anything like me!).
A well-executed themed wedding doesn’t have to be tacky or cringe. IF you believe in it, are super creative and resourceful, you can pull it off and make it unforgettably cool and oh so fun. If that is what rocks your boat, just do it! But give it justice.
This cool couple did exactly that. They DIY'd loads of it themselves = legends! Every little detail was so well executed: from the wedding stationery, The Rebel Alliance backdrop, Millennium Falcon wedding cake, Stormtroopers as groomsmen, Darth Vader as the father of the bride, Ewoks were page boys, lightsabers as props to Obi Wan Kenobi as an officiant.
They designed their own symbol - half rebel princess, half Mandalorian bounty hunter, and the groom even had his suit custom made to tie in with the theme.
The bride's stunning dress is by the one and only @inbaldrorofficial. Loving those black bridesmaids dresses too. The whole affair was a perfect balance of stylish and quirky.
LOVE IT! Wish I could have been there.
So, if you guys have something you both share a passion for, why not make it a part of your wedding? After all, your wedding should be all about you. Who cares about what auntie Doreen thinks!
