HOW WE'LL PLAN YOUR WEDDING
Planning your wedding with us is simple, seamless, and stress-free. We’ll take the reins, guiding you through the entire journey while keeping every detail in hand. On average, we dedicate around 300 hours to our couples, managing everything from supplier briefings to contract reviews.
All supplier contracts will be carefully reviewed and securely stored in your complimentary wedding planning portal, accessible to you anytime.

OUR PROCESS
1. DISCOVERY CALL
We start with a no-pressure Zoom chat to get to know each other. We’ll talk vision, budget, and any planning stress you’re facing. If it’s a good fit, I’ll send over a tailored proposal and booking details.

2. KICK-OFF MEETING
Once you’re booked, we dive into your ideas—style preferences, must-haves, and everything on your Pinterest board. This is where your vision starts to take shape.

3. VENUE VISIT
We’ll walk your venue together to see how it can be transformed. If you haven’t booked one yet, I’ll help you find the perfect space.

4. STYLE DISCOVERY
We’ll explore your style, personality, and story to uncover what makes your celebration uniquely you—laying the foundation for a design that feels effortlessly personal.
​5. MOOD BOARD MAGIC
I’ll create a bespoke mood board capturing your aesthetic, colour palette, and vibe. Once approved, it becomes the blueprint for your day.

6. DREAM TEAM ASSEMBLY
You’ll be introduced to the best local and sustainable suppliers—from florists to photographers—who match your style and values. I’ll manage all the bookings and details.

7. WEDDING PORTAL
Your custom Aisle Planner portal keeps everything in one place: timelines, budgets, bookings, tasks and design details. We’ll stay on track, together.

8. THE BIG DAY

​When the day arrives, we’re there to make sure everything runs like clockwork—managing suppliers, timelines, and any last-minute surprises. You get to be fully present, soaking it all in, knowing we’ve got every detail covered.
