I take the lead from the very beginning—sourcing exceptional suppliers, designing your dream day, managing your budget, and handling every detail, big and small. You’ll have full creative input without any of the pressure. I’ll be your planner, stylist, confidant, and calm in the chaos. Perfect for: UK weddings, destination weddings, and full weekend celebrations. Full Wedding Planning is based on a percentage of your overall budget—typically around 10-15% (in addition to your budget)—with a flat starting fee as standard. Our flat fee reflects the extensive time and expertise we dedicate to each wedding—typically around 300 hours of planning, design, and coordination. Minimum Flat Fee starts at £12,000 PLEASE NOTE: If your brief evolves during planning or your guest numbers increase, our pricing will adjust accordingly to reflect the additional work involved. We specialise in working with higher-end budgets to ensure our clients fully benefit from our premium services. To maintain our exceptional standards, we intentionally cap our calendar at 10 weddings, allowing us to dedicate the time and attention each client deserves. WEDDING PLANNING STRATEGY ADVISORY The Wedding Planning Strategy Advisory is a private, high-level planning intensive designed for couples who want professional clarity and structure before planning independently. Delivered across three focused sessions, we define your vision, budget framework, supplier strategy and overall direction — so you can move forward with confidence and cohesion. The investment is £1,850, which is credited in full should you later proceed with Full Wedding Planning. Availability is limited.

While we have previously organised outdoor weddings, we've found that British weather can be unpredictable, and poor conditions can significantly impact the success of such events. Consequently, we tend to steer away from festival-type tipi weddings to avoid potential weather-related issues. Instead, we focus on curating luxe, modern, and stylish celebrations in venues that offer both elegance and reliability, ensuring your wedding day is nothing short of perfect.

At Whole Lotta Love, we understand that planning a wedding is an intricate and time-consuming process, taking anywhere from 300 to 800 hours from start to finish, depending on the size, days, and complexities of your event. For Full Wedding Planning services, we recommend reaching out to us at least a year in advance. This allows us to provide the highest level of service and attention to detail that we are known for, ensuring your wedding is a dream celebration that reflects your style and preferences. By getting in touch early, you can secure prime dates and have ample time to curate a luxe, modern, and stylish event. For the Wedding Planning Strategy Advisory, we recommend getting in touch at least six months in advance, to ensure all the elements of your wedding are covered, properly designed, and all the vendors have been briefed accordingly.

Full Wedding Planning We offer a seamless and transparent payment process for our wedding planning services. After our initial consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal with a bespoke quote. To secure your booking, a 40% upfront fee is required. The second instalment is due halfway through the planning process, and the final payment is needed closer to your wedding date. This ensures smooth progress and high standards throughout your planning journey. Wedding Planning Strategy Advisory A one off payment will be taken before our sessions begin. Should you change your mind and wish to revert back to me planning the wedding for you, this fee will be deducted from your Full Wedding Planning total.

This end-to-end service provides you with peace of mind, allowing you to fully enjoy your celebration without the stress of planning logistics from abroad.

You are free to choose your own vendors for your wedding. While we work with top-tier vendors to ensure quality, you can select your own if you prefer. Please note, using your own vendors does not reduce our service costs for managing vendor logistics and coordination. Our goal is to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed, regardless of the vendors chosen.
