Our planning and design fees are carefully tailored to each individual brief, reflecting the time and team required to deliver your wedding to the highest standard. As a guide, our services are calculated at 15% of the overall wedding budget, with a minimum flat fee as standard.

Things to Keep in Mind

Venue coordinators handle the logistics of the venue, such as managing staff and overseeing the kitchen. However, there's no guarantee the coordinator you’ve worked with before your wedding will be the same one present on the day. Your hired planner or coordinator, on the other hand, knows your wedding inside-out. They’ve meticulously crafted the schedule, ensuring everything runs smoothly without needing to bother or consult you on your big day.

In some cases, your wedding might be classified as complex—such as when it involves multiple venues, like having the ceremony in one location and the reception in another, or if your celebrations span several days. In these situations, hiring an independent coordination team is a must.
If your wedding setup is more complex, involving multiple elements that need to be finalised before your celebration begins, additional team members will be brought in to ensure everything is completed on time. This could be anything from intricate styling across different areas to setting up décor or managing suppliers in multiple locations. Our priority is to ensure your day runs seamlessly, and having the right number of hands on deck is essential to achieve that. The cost of extra team members will be factored into your quote.
You may also require assistance with the take-down after the wedding, whether that’s at midnight or the following morning. We understand the last thing you want to think about after your big day is dealing with any of it, so handing this task over to a good team should take priority.
