How our On-the-Day Coordination Fee Works
Our On-the-Day service is for couples who’ve done the planning themselves but want a professional to take over in the final month and run the wedding day seamlessly.
We dedicate around 40–50 hours in total — from a full handover and timeline review through to 10–12 hours on the day itself.

Because every wedding is unique, the fee reflects the time and expertise it takes to step in, get fully up to speed, and manage everything smoothly on your behalf. If your plans are particularly complex or your guest numbers are large, the cost may adjust slightly to reflect the additional work involved.
As with all of our services, we limit the number of weddings we take on each season. This ensures you’ll have our full focus and calm, experienced presence — so you can truly relax and enjoy your day.
