On-the-Day
Wedding Coordination

Professional oversight so your plans are delivered exactly as intended.

This service is designed for couples who have planned their wedding independently and want an experienced professional to take over responsibility in the final weeks — so the day itself unfolds smoothly, calmly, and without distraction.

By the time I step in, the creative and logistical decisions should already be made. My role is not to redesign or re-plan, but to hold the structure, manage suppliers, and oversee timing so nothing relies on you, your family, or your guests.

From final confirmations to on-the-day flow, I act as the central point of control — quietly resolving issues, keeping everything aligned, and ensuring the wedding you’ve planned is the one that actually happens.

On-the-Day Coordination begins from £2,700 and is best suited to couples who want to be fully present on their wedding day, without stepping into problem-solving mode.

How on-the-day coordination works

On-the-Day Coordination is about transferring responsibility — not revisiting decisions.

I step in during the final month, once your plans are complete and your suppliers are booked. From that point on, I become the central point of control, holding the timeline, confirming details, and ensuring everyone involved knows exactly where they need to be and when.

In the lead-up, we conduct a final run-through to sense-check logistics, timings, and flow. Any vulnerabilities are identified early, so the day itself doesn’t rely on last-minute fixes or family members stepping in.

On the wedding day, I oversee setup, manage suppliers, and quietly resolve issues as they arise — keeping everything aligned with the plan you’ve already created.

You’re not asked questions. You’re not interrupted. And nothing is left to chance.

The intention is simple: your wedding day unfolds as planned, without you needing to manage it.

This level of support is best suited to couples who:

  • Have planned their wedding independently

  • Are confident in their decisions, but don’t want to run the day

  • Want to be fully present — not monitoring logistics

What’s included

  • A final planning handover and run-through

  • Timeline review and supplier confirmations

  • On-the-day oversight (typically 10–12 hours)

  • Setup supervision and issue resolution

  • Calm, experienced leadership throughout the day

  • Complimentary access to my Ultimate Wedding Planning Guide

What this service isn’t

On-the-Day Coordination doesn’t include redesigning, re-planning, or restructuring a wedding. If plans are still evolving or feel unsettled, Partial Planning is usually the better fit.

(This sentence is doing a lot of filtering work for you.)

Why this stage matters

Even the most organised couples shouldn’t be responsible for their own wedding day.

Handing over control allows you to stay present — not because nothing will go wrong, but because someone experienced is there to handle it if it does.

Timing

Coordination typically begins around one month before the wedding. Availability is intentionally limited to ensure full focus on each event.

How On-the-Day Coordination is structured

On-the-Day Coordination is designed as a clear transfer of responsibility during the final stages of planning.

Once we begin working together, I take the time to fully understand your plans — reviewing timelines, supplier arrangements, and logistics so nothing relies on assumptions or last-minute explanations.

The fee reflects the work involved in stepping in properly: getting up to speed, holding the structure of the day, and managing delivery from start to finish. This includes both the preparation phase and full on-the-day oversight.

If the scale of the wedding is significantly larger or more complex than initially outlined, this is discussed openly and calmly, with adjustments made only where the scope genuinely expands.

As with all of my services, I take on a limited number of weddings each season. This ensures I can remain fully present, responsive, and focused — so when your wedding day arrives, you can step back knowing everything is being handled.

The intention is not just a smooth day, but the confidence that you don’t need to think about it at all.

Kind Words

Having Zuza coordinate our wedding was worth every bit of trust we placed in her.

Her attention to detail, calm presence, and seamless organisation meant we could let go of the logistics and fully immerse ourselves in the day.

Thanks to her, everything flowed beautifully, and we could simply enjoy being together with our friends and family.
