We step in around 4–6 months before your wedding to refine the design, review your budget with a fresh perspective, and identify any missing suppliers. With our expertise in modern, design-led weddings in London and across the UK, we ensure every element feels cohesive and true to your vision.

How Our Partial Planning Fee Works
Our Partial Planning service is designed for couples who’ve already booked their venue and some key suppliers, but want a professional to take the reins and bring everything together. We typically step in around the halfway point, dedicating about 150 hours to refining your plans, smoothing out the gaps, and ensuring everything flows seamlessly.

Because this service is tailored to where you are in your planning journey, the fee reflects the time and expertise required from the point we join you. If your plans expand or guest numbers grow significantly, the cost may adjust to reflect the additional work involved.

As with our Full Planning service, we keep our calendar intentionally limited to no more than 10 weddings or events per year. This means you’ll always have our full focus, creativity, and attention to detail as we guide you towards a celebration that feels effortlessly modern and design-led.
