PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING

Structure, oversight, and calm — once the big decisions are in place.

This level of support is designed for couples who’ve already made strong initial choices — venue secured, key suppliers booked — but are starting to feel the weight of holding everything together.

At this stage, it’s common to have plenty of ideas and moving parts, but less clarity about sequencing, risk, and how it will all land on the day.

My role is to step in as a steady point of control.

I review what’s already in motion, identify gaps or pressure points, and bring structure to the remaining process — refining plans, aligning suppliers, and ensuring nothing important is left to chance.

You’re not starting again, and nothing is taken away from you. The work simply becomes contained, considered, and calmly led through to the wedding day.

Partial Wedding Planning begins from £6,500 and is suited to couples who want their plans elevated and delivered with confidence — without managing the full process alone.

How We Step In to Support You

Partial Planning is designed to take over at the point where momentum starts to feel fragile.

Typically, I step in around 4–6 months before the wedding — once the venue is secured and key suppliers are booked, but before decisions begin to stack up or feel rushed.

At this stage, my role is to bring perspective and structure.

I review your plans as a whole — design, logistics, budgets, and timelines — identifying anything that feels unresolved, misaligned, or at risk. From there, I refine what’s already in place, close any gaps, and ensure everything moves forward with clarity and intention.

Nothing is torn up or reworked unnecessarily. The focus is on alignment — making sure the wedding you’ve imagined is the one that actually unfolds on the day.

In the final weeks, I take over coordination entirely, managing suppliers, timings, and on-the-day flow so you can step out of planning mode and simply experience your wedding.

This level of support is best suited to couples who:

  • Have made strong initial decisions but don’t want to manage the final stretch alone

  • Care deeply about how the day feels, not just how it looks

  • Want professional oversight to ensure nothing important is missed

You don’t need to have everything “perfect” — just enough in place for the process to be held properly.

What this service isn’t

Partial Planning isn’t about starting from scratch or managing every admin detail from the beginning. It’s a focused, considered intervention — stepping in where experience makes the greatest difference.

Why this stage matters

The final months are where small decisions carry the most weight.

Bringing in support now allows space to refine, course-correct, and elevate — without pressure, panic, or last-minute compromises.

Timing

Ideally, Partial Planning begins 4–6 months before your wedding date, while there’s still time to make thoughtful adjustments and ensure the entire day feels intentional and well held.

How Our Partial Planning Fee Works

Partial Planning is structured to support weddings that are already in motion — without disrupting what’s working.

Rather than starting from the beginning, I step in at a natural midpoint in the process, once key decisions have been made and the shape of the wedding is clear. From there, the focus shifts to refinement, alignment, and delivery.

The scope of support reflects where you are when we begin. Time and attention are directed towards reviewing existing plans, strengthening structure, resolving gaps, and ensuring the remaining decisions are made in the right order — calmly and with context.

Because this is a tailored service, the fee is based on the level of involvement required from that point onward. If the scale of the wedding changes significantly — such as an increase in guest numbers or additional events — this is discussed openly, with adjustments made only where the scope genuinely expands.

As with Full Planning, I work with a deliberately limited number of weddings each year. This allows me to stay closely involved, maintain clear oversight, and ensure every couple receives experienced guidance throughout the final stages of planning.

The aim is not to add more layers — but to bring clarity, confidence, and a sense that the process is being properly held from here on in.

Kind Words

We approached Zuza with an idea of what we wanted, but only half an idea of how to execute it.

Zuza brought structure, creativity, contacts and flare to our planning process with incredible results. She helped us navigate some tricky situations and ensured we got the wedding of our dreams - all we’ve heard since is “best wedding ever” and although we’re biased we don’t disagree.

It was truly a feast for the eyes, with a completely transformed venue and a programme of entertainment that left everyone glowing.
