Wedding Coordination
From £1,300

Wedding coordination is vital for weddings/events that have many elements to the day, like a separate ceremony and reception venue or a large-scale wedding that requires a room turnaround, for example. You will NEED help to make sure it all runs smoothly.

This package can be booked independently for London and surrounding areas only, or as an add-on to our Design & Styling packages throughout the UK.

Our responsibility as your wedding coordinator


  • Looking over your schedule to check nothing has been missed

  • Any additional supplier recommendations

  • Site visit to discuss your wedding day step by step

  • Unlimited phone calls prior to the wedding

  • Briefing your on-the-day suppliers

  • Takeover a month before your wedding

  • On-the-day coordination of all suppliers

  • Overseeing the setup

  • Looking after you and your guests

  • Overseeing the smooth running of your day till the party kicks off (12/14 hours from start to finish)

What to expect on your wedding day


Our trusted team will be the first onsite awaiting all supplier deliveries and troubleshooting if/when required. We will be the only point of contact for any suppliers on the day, from caterers, photographers, celebrants, florists, and cake makers, to entertainment and transport. We will make sure the schedule runs on time and be your personal go-to fix-it ninjas - from broken dress straps to making sure you don’t forget to eat, drink plenty of water and know when to stuff grampa into the taxi. All you need to do is make sure you party hard with your loved ones like the VIP that you are - crucial.

Have you seen The Bodyguard? You have? Well, that’s exactly what we do. Eagle eye on everything that’s going on, springing into action when needed, making sure everything goes according to plan.

What if I’m not based in London?

If you decide to add this service on top of one of our design packages, no problem at all.  If, on the other hand, you only want coordination, but are based in Wales, for example, this package isn’t for you.  Fear not, there are plenty of coordinators across the country to help you run your event.  We can recommend others if you’re stuck.  We would only ever consider coordination bookings that are no further than an hour from London.

Please note that all package prices listed are a starter guide only.  As you know, all weddings differ in size and complexity, therefore the amount of time and work involved will be reflected in the price of the individual quote.
