On-the-day Wedding Coordination

On-the-day wedding coordination is vital for the smooth running of your day.  You will need someone with insider knowledge who you can trust completely.

Good to know - venue coordinators are in charge of the venue operations, and although you will find that many venues offer wedding coordination, you will not always deal with the same person throughout your wedding planning journey.  Often, different venue coordinators are assigned to work on different dates meaning they might not be familiar to you.

Your personal wedding coordinator will work with you closely prior to your wedding, advising you on logistics, making sure your day's schedule is watertight, taking over all the communications with suppliers, coordinating deliveries and collections, and consulting with your venue manager about the successful running of your wedding day.

This package can be booked independently for London and surrounding areas, or as an add-on to our Full Wedding planning, and Design and Styling packages throughout the UK.

Our responsibilities as your wedding coordinator

 

  • Looking over your schedule to check nothing has been missed

  • Any additional supplier recommendations

  • Site visit to discuss your wedding day step-by-step

  • Unlimited phone calls before the wedding

  • Briefing your on-the-day suppliers

  • Takeover a month before your wedding

  • The only point of contact for all suppliers involved

  • On-the-day coordination of all suppliers

  • Overseeing the setup

  • Looking after you and your guests

  • Overseeing the smooth running of your day till the party kicks off (which is 12-14 hours from start to finish)

What to expect on your wedding day

 

Our trusted team will be the first on site, awaiting all supplier deliveries and troubleshooting if and when it's required. We will be the only point of contact for any suppliers on the day - from caterers, photographers, celebrants, florists, and cake makers, to entertainment and transport. We will make sure the table plan is set up correctly, that your wedding schedule runs on time and be your go-to fix-it ninjas - from broken dresses, and straps to making sure you don’t forget to eat, drink plenty of water, and know when to stuff Grandpa into the taxi. All you need to do is make sure you party hard with your loved ones like the VIP that you are!

 

 

What if the wedding isn't in London?

 

If you decide to add this service on top of one of our planning or design packages, no problem at all. If, on the other hand, you only want coordination, but your wedding venue is far from London, sadly this package isn’t for you. Fear not, there are plenty of coordinators across the country to help you run your event. We can recommend others if you’re stuck.  We would only ever consider coordination bookings that are no further than an hour from London.

The way we work

 

Our prices are super transparent and are calculated fairly for all our clients. We take into consideration the time, the size of your wedding, and the team members needed to deliver coordination successfully.

We can’t even begin to express our thanks to the wonderful Zuza and her team. From the moment we were lucky enough to meet Zuza the stress and anxiety of the whole planning process disappeared. Just a true talent, creative and a wonderful person.

 

We had just under 3 months to plan our special day, and she made it just that… the most special. How she does it I don’t know - but what I do know is that every detail was considered, things I wouldn’t have even known were things. Being super busy at work, moving house, and being between 2 countries everyone told us that the time line was impossible, (especially when you are terribly unorganised like me)…. except for Zuza.

 

She created us the most magical day and did everything with a calming and wonderful spirit. And not a single compromise because of the timeline, I felt the same commitment as if she was planning her own wedding. I will be forever grateful to her and her wonderful team.
