You are all over the planning and logistics but need help with creating the look and dressing the venue. No problem. We will work together to design the most amazing styling concept for your wedding and hook you up with the perfect suppliers.

The most important bit is that you can kick back and relax while my team and I magically transform the venue for you.

Booking your wedding suppliers in the right order


We will start by figuring out your seasonal personality, and what rocks your boat, get you the right suppliers, and create a clear easy to follow fool-proof wedding roadmap. This is vital to nail down first (before booking any suppliers) as it will help achieve the most amazing look for your wedding and make the logistics a breeze.

The wedding styling process

  • Venue visits to discuss what can be achieved in the space

  • Creating your very own detailed design concept mood board​ – an easy-to-follow roadmap

  • Supplier recommendations

  • Set design - whatever your vision is, we can design it and build it.

  • Bespoke signage (we love our wooden display boards, painted in your preferred colour and with your chosen font)

  • Wedding attire recommendations

  • Supplier briefing

  • On the day supplier coordination

  • On the day styling of the venue

  • Take-down

This package can be adapted to fit micro-weddings and elopements. 

Budgeting right & how we work


On average it could take a couple up to 200 - 300 hours of planning a wedding from start to finish. Having a planner on board will shave this considerably. They will not only save you time but money too. They have brilliant industry connections, will know which suppliers are the best for you, and can negotiate better deals. Having a good planner on board is one of the smartest moves you can make when planning a wedding.

Please note that all package prices listed are a starter guide only.  As you know, all weddings differ in size and complexity, therefore the amount of time and work involved will be reflected in the price of the individual quote.

We approached Zuza with an idea of what we wanted, but only half an idea of how to execute it. Zuza brought structure, creativity, contacts, and flare to our planning process with incredible results. She helped us navigate some tricky situations and ensured we got the wedding of our dreams - all we’ve heard since is “best wedding ever” and although we’re biased, we don’t disagree. It was truly a feast for the eyes, with a completely transformed venue and a programme of entertainment that left everyone glowing. Nearer the time we realised we’d benefit from her on-day coordination too, which was also a lifesaver as she ensured the day flowed without any issues whatsoever. If you’re on the fence about whether to go with Zuza - we’d say absolutely, do it.
